Hello! If this is your first time to my Postbox Designs blog, then welcome! I was thrilled beyond belief when a DIY $250 Home Office Project I submitted to Remodelaholic.com was featured (check it out HERE), but was crazy excited when they asked me to be a Monthly Contributor for them. Every month I will share a custom Mood Board for budget friendly room make-overs for your home. For my very first post, I decided to start with one of the hardest working rooms in your home. But I think it is also one of the most overlooked:
THE LAUNDRY ROOM
We use it every day, but rarely show it the design love it deserves! I am guilty as charged, since mine is still in an unfinished basement room (maybe THAT is why I picked this room-I could use some ideas myself!). But I am also a huge believer that you can acheive great design at ANY budget. So this mini make-over is as inexpensive as it is easy to implement.
In my Remodelaholic article I have loads of industrial inspired laundry rooms that you can get some ideas from. Check out the whole article, along with all of the sources, prices, and descriptions of every item in this room over at Remodelaholic. Be on the look out next month where I tackle another room of the home with a Mood Board Makeover.
