$1150 Modern Farmhouse Living Room Design
Hi Friends! The other week, as part of my 5 Week Design Jumpstart Program, I unveiled a Modern Farmhouse Living Room for just $1150. Seriously. I also included the free Mood Board + Shopping List so you could re-create the whole look on your own with just at couple of clicks. And for $1150 an entire Living Room would cost you less than most sofas!
You can find it all right here if you missed it:

$1200 Modern Farmhouse Living Room
In fact, it was so popular and I had so many of you email me about it…that I created a second BRAND NEW Modern Farmhouse Living Room on a budget…this time for just $50 more, for a grand total of just $1200. If you have hung with me for awhile you know I had a side gig as a monthly contributor over at Remodelaholic: this is THE place to go for budget friendly home decor and DIY projects. Seriously, if you haven’t checked them out before I’ll wait while you go look!
For my monthly post I decided to create another Farmhouse Living Room design for their readers, and today I want to share it with you! I used new products for a totally different look, but with the same mind-blowing budget friendly total.

Love something you see? Want to grab it for your own house? Absolutely!
I will also tell you that I own six of these items myself and I have been really impressed with the quality and the look of them. I have three kids and a beast of a Labradoodle, so if they can survive at my house…they can survive anywhere!
You can find the Mood Board, Shopping List, plus tips on how to pull together your own Modern Farmhouse Living Room at the original post over at Remodelaholic! Find it all right here:

Other Living Room Designs You Will Love
If you love this look of these Living Rooms, here are some other Living Room Designs I think you are also going to l-o-v-e! I created these for some of my Postbox Designs clients:
I recently worked with a wonderful client in Florida to create this mix of a Traditional Living Room with Modern and Boho elements sprinkled in for a fresh look on a classic Living Room design:
Traditional Living Room Makeover Part I + II
And this Boho meets Modern Living Room Design was a budget friendly makeover in a tiny space in San Fran: Using elements like velvet, matte gold, and global prints gives it a modern look, but every piece is uber functional in a small space. Be sure to check out the “Before” photos!

Living Room Makeover with Online Interior Design
I often work with clients who have had “that” room in the home. The one that never seems done. The one that is frustrating and they don’t know where to start. Or maybe it’s the one with all of the furniture from the last house, but doesn’t work at all in their new home. It is so overwhelming that they haven’t touched it.
Then they email me and in two weeks I create two fully custom designs for their space. I create all of the drawings they need (Mood Boards, Floor Plans, Shopping Lists, step-by-step Instructions, and even material samples) and mail them their room-inside-a-box. They can simply click on the links and purchase their entire room in an hour. Without ever leaving home. Yep, Online Interior Design totally rocks.
So what do these rooms really look like? I worked with this sweet client in Michigan on her Traditional Living Room. She had really high ceilings and a large open space that she didn’t know how to fill. But after working together she had a Living Room designed that worked for her entire family! This is her personal Postbox full of goodies to create her new Living Room:
